Cancellation Policy In the case of a cancellation one week prior to the arrival date (before 10 a.m. on the week prior date) a deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation during the week prior may still receive a full refund if we manage to resell the room(s). If we only manage to resell part of the booking a refund will be made that reflects the amount of loss incurred.
